My daughter is 3 years old and she is my first child, since I had her I put a lot of wait on, I was 8 stone and now I'm 11, I was wondering what the best way NOT THE QUICKEST the best way to lose it is? What kind of diet? Exercise? If so what type? Routine or yoga? Mind exercies etc... Any information will be great😊 Thank you ladies x
