Milk before sleep?

Question

Any moms still giving their little one a bottle or sippy cup of milk to help them fall asleep? I know it’s bad for their teeth so I try to clean them again once my little one falls asleep he currently has very few teeth. I was just wondering if anyone else was doing the same?
I am not sure how to get him to fall asleep otherwise. I did this in attempt to get him to stop nursing to sleep because I am 24 weeks pregnant and really want him fully weaned before I have the baby. He doesn’t nurse during the day but sometimes still wants to after his milk before sleep. Lately he has been falling asleep before he gets a chance to ask to nurse.

🙋🏼‍♀️ I do. I gave my oldest milk to fall asleep until she was 4. She’s never had a cavity. My little has milk before bed now don’t plan on taking it away until around the same age. I have always said to all their own 😊

Before bed yes but not in her bed overnight. My sister let her two kids do that and they had most of their baby teeth rot out. It was a sin. They had metal caps and ended up being sedated to have surgery on their teeth

My daughter still gets a cereal bottle at night to go to sleep with. It’s the only way to get her to sleep. She normally falls asleep after one but sometimes needs 2 bottles to fall asleep. After we finish off the cereal we have we are getting rid of bottles and going to sippy cups.

I still nurse my son right before bed. I need to work on doing it a bit earlier so I can brush his teeth after. However, it's only been 3 nights since I've stopped nursing him through the night so it's still an improvement! 🤦😂

We still give our son milk before bed, not to send him sleep but its just always been part of his routine. But we have recently been noticing he is loosing interest in milk before bedtime and the amount he is now having before bed is decreasing.

I give LO 150mls of milk in a sippy cup before bed then right after that its bedtime routine and done. I have a sippy cup of water in his room if he wakes up and then I just settle him back down. Not really had to give milk after i stopped BFing and hes been having proper dinners at nights.

I do. Still nurse my daughter to sleep and she nurses multiple times throughout the night. We co-sleep so it's easy.
