3 week old grunts in sleep?

My 3 week old will grunt like in pain for like a minute like constipation, and then goes back to sleep, it’s not always but sometimes when he is sleeping , it worries me I already told his DR. But she didn’t seem too worried :/ but we always burp him after every feeding and he poops normally.. is this normal?

Yup! Newborns are very noisy sleepers! They spend most of their time in active sleep. This is important for their brain development 😊

If your nursing try cutting down your dairy intake. My daughter was sensitive to the dairy in my milk. Once I cut it out if my diet she was much more comfortable (and quiet)

It's normal, but if it's excessive it could be silent reflux. My baby is a noisy sleeper because she's uncomfortable from reflux. Because it's silent reflux, she doesn't throw up so it took forever to figure out that's what it was. After I cut out dairy it's gotten a lot better.
