Twinges in Lower Andomen

Anyone get these sharp on and off pains in the lower abdomen. I’ve been having it all day. Also lower back pain since 6 dpo. So here is my break down... hopefully someone can help. I was supposed to ovulate on the 6th, but 3rd and 4th I had some light spotting with some ewcm. It was very prominent. Also had strong cramps as I always do when I ovulate. 6 dpo and 7 dpo I had ewcm again but on 7 dpo I had some really strong af type cramps for a good hour. Since then my lower back pain has been constant, now today since I’m 13 dpo I’m having sharp pains on my right side by the ovary. It’s not constant just comes and go. My breasts feel achy too but not sore to touch. I took a pregnancy test yesterday but BFN. Anyone have this or can relate in some way??? I feel like my body is falling apart 😩😩😩in
