Do your boobs usually shrink back down after pregnancy if you don’t breastfeed? Mine have went up to dd and are covered in stretch marks I really don’t want them to go through any more damage😞

Yeah it’s actually the pregnancy itself that makes boobs grow/shrink/sag. Not the breastfeeding unfortunately. Really miss my old boobies rip.

I breastfed and once my milk dried up they shrunk a cup size smaller than before breastfeeding. That's when I begged my husband to buy me boobs when we are done having kids.

Everyone is so different. I was a 34d before my first child, boobs went to a 36dd during first pregnancy and never went down even after losing 30lbs(over a few years), this is baby number 2 for me I'm 25w and am in a 38ddd which is getting tight. I breastfed my first for a few months but got thrush and was too painful to continue.

I was a C before pregnancy, went up to an E while breastfeeding (did that for 8 months) & within a couple of months of weaning I settled into a D, 2 years later I’m still a D cup

I’ve had three children, first two I didn’t breastfeed and they grew to dd pregnancy and back to b a few months after birth, I’m now still bf my 3 yr old and they’ve already gone back down to b, will see how they go when I stop bf but I’ve seen lots ppl say they get even smaller
