Need help; reassurance
So, my son will be 1 in a couple of weeks. We have been co-sleeping. Literally EVERY DAY since he’s been born. I exclusively breastfeed as well, and I just feel like it’s easier for us that way. (So don’t go judging 😒, it’s what works for us) Anyway... my husband and I tried putting him in a pack and play tonight so he can go to sleep in there and he cried... and cried and CRIED.. I waited it out, (of course checking in here and there) and he was still crying. It was so hard for me to not go in there and pick him up and just cuddle him and nurse him to sleep. I’m at a loss. How can I make this transition easier? I was thinking we will just try tomorrow during his nap times to see if he’ll adjust, but I don’t think he ever will. HELP! I’m a desperate mama here! 😭😭😭
