Really not sure

Can u get a false positive if u take a test while bleeding let me explain I think I’ve been having what is implantation bleeding it’s started two days after my period was due and if I’m 4 weeks and 4 days which is when implantation occurs and u have bleeding i took a test yesterday itching super negative took one right now and it’s a positive I looked it up and it is says the test will only pick up if u have the hcg hormone . So am I pregnant or is this a false positive
