Have you ever been in a Taxi?

I'm from a small town and have never been in a taxi. I've only ever seen a taxi a few times actually. Maybe it's because of where I grew up, but I don't think I'd ever want to be in a taxi anyways. 
Stranger Danger! Lol. I don't feel comfortable getting into a car with someone I don't even know.

I'm from a small town in the middle of nowhere. But have traveled all over the US and parts of the world. I have been in taxis before and Uber/Lyft before. I do find it slightly nerve wrecking to be in a car alone with a stranger. But as far as uber/lyft go I do know that my location is tracked through the app. And someone knows what I'm doing/where I'm going at all times (Unless I'm already riding with a friend)

Well unless you are in your own car or friend/family members car you are always traveling with strangers either by taxi, bus, train, subway, or plane. All strangers, some may be dangers
