TW Baby loss

After I lost my baby January 2019 my life has gone downhill I can't lose weight I'm sad all the time thinking about what could have been . Wanting to try for another baby so bad but I know I'm not in the right state of mind for that I can't lose weight either I gained 15 pounds with my pregnancy it won't come off I've tried everything it's like my body is punishing me .
