Things that help with sickness?

Drs told me I have hyperemesis and I’m struggling daily to find things that work around this.
Any suggestions on things that helped you with your sickness!x

My morning sickness was at it’s worst in the morning (after not eating all night). Eventually I started keeping a container of almonds on my nightstand and would grab a handful any time I woke up throughout the night to use the bathroom. It worked surprisingly well for me. Mints and peanut butter on toast were also helpful. I hope you find something that works for you!

Ginger capsules , take 2 2 or 3 times a day, peppermints, ice cold water with half a fresh lemon squeezed in.

Sipping on a protein shake first thing in the morning and using peppermint candy/gum/tea throughout the rest of the day is finally what helped me. I tried probably every prescription medicine they could give while pregnant, ginger everything, and tons of herbal remedies before I found this combination. Hopefully you can find something that works. Good luck and congratulations!
