Does anybody work with their SO?

Just wondering how many people work (or have worked) at the same place as their SO. Do you like it? Or do you wish you had space from each other sometimes?

My husband and I met at work. I was a waitress and he was the chef at a restaurant.
Now we own a business together and work from home!

Husband and I met when we both worked at Chick-fil-A 😂 I was a manager and had to write him up for something.

My partner and I met at work but I eventually left our job once we got together because people we worked with were sooooo nosey and always trying to be in our business. It was stressful

My fiancé and I met when I started working at his shop. We both still work there, I’ve been working there for 3 years and we’ve been together for 2.5 years. However, we work on complete different sides and rarely see each other there, so it doesn’t cause any problems.
One time like a year ago I was having asthma troubles (it was really hot and dusty) so went to sit in my boss’s office with a/c and clean air. Ended up going into a full blown anxiety attack from hyperventilating and my boss left and pulled my fiancé from his job to come help me calm down. Thought that was really convenient!

I loved it. Whenever I got stressed or something happened it was nice to have him there so I can go to. We worked at Walmart and a restaurant together and those jobs can be stressful due to management and rude customers. Was nice to have his shoulder to lean on when I needed it.

We used too. That’s how we met 6 years ago. We worked summer camp and the summer was fine because we had different divisions so we weren’t up under one another but once the after school program began the bosses thought it was funny to pair us up for the bus pickup getting like 40 kids and bringing them to the center. It wasn’t fun and got hard because I was stern with the kids and he wasn’t so I did most of the work 🙄🙄 and we were bumping heads a lot from constantly being under each other 24.7. Any disagreements between us was also obvious to co workers which made things rough. But that was only for four months and I left for school. When I returned to the job he had another job and we were much happier and had space to do our own thing and then reconnect at the end of the day missing one another and sharing how our days were. Working together can be messy sometimes. I prefer working separate jobs the time apart can be essential and give you more to talk about at the end of your days. We’re still together 6 years later those four months working together didn’t break us, thankfully lol

I met my partner through work, we done traffic control as we could work anywhere anytime. 
As soon as we got together I done night shifts and he done days. It was really hard, I complained and asked to work with him and we were both on night shifts together and we loved it. 
Most of my team leaders wouldn't let me do anything because I was a female but he would let me learn and do anything I wanted. 
It had it's perks but some tough times but I did honestly enjoy it.

Well not our full time jobs, no. He's a firefighter/ paramedic and I'm a fire Chaplain for the same department but those are part time.

Me and my husband met at work and worked together for a while. We loved to come up to each other and chat, we used to mess around too and we always took out lunch together. I’m actually gonna miss working with him!
