Implantation bleeding??

Question

I ovulated on the 10th of this month. My period is supposed to start in 4 days (Oct 24) but I have been spotting ever since the 16th. 
It's old blood, rust colored and it hasn't been enough to log as a "light" flow or even heavy spotting and this is the 5th day of it. 
I've taken two pregnancy tests and both were negative. I'm going crazy! Anyone else going through or been through something similar?

Hiya. Same ovulation and same predicted period.
Today I noticed brown when I wipe! It’s not been much at all but I’m interested to see if it’s AF coming early. Started mild cramping and getting a bit of tummy ache today too. I’d like to see how yours progresses x

There are many reasons to find blood mid-cycle (irritated cervix from sex, stress, medication, ruptured nabothian cyst on cervix, old ovulation blood, period coming 'early', to name a few), so its very hard to pinpoint exactly why. Too many people automatically  jump to the conclusion or expectation that it was implantation eeding, and more often than not, that is simply not the case. This app makes IB seem SO much more frequent than it actually is. Random mid cycle spotting is very common and often unexplained! 🤷‍♀️
