What age did you start letting your child help in the kitchen, specifically with knives or hot stove, etc?

My toddler already helps in the kitchen with basic stuff, like with baking she’ll help measure and mix, she’ll use a butter knife and help butter toast, etc. but today I got wondering what age is a good age to introduce other cooking skills that are more dangerous? Such as helping to cut veggies for dinner using a sharp knife, or helping to stir something that’s cooking on a hot stove, etc.? Just wondering when other moms started letting their children help with these sorts of things.
