AM I DYING?

So I began my diet and it’s been going well, one thing I have noticed tho, is ever since I began it, ive been having headaches....what does this mean?

It could literally be anything. Dehydration. Not enough calories. Could be caffeine withdrawal if you cut coffee. Could be from cutting sugar intake. Could be nothing

It happens. Your body is adjusting after your body becomes comfortable with your changes it’ll go away . It happened to me

I just started the keto diet and the first 3 days i had a horrible headache. Drink alot of water cuz your dehydrated. It does get better mine went away.

Not eating enough, not staying hydrated. It could mean anything. I don’t think you are dying. It sounds like it could be the diet you are on.

If u have quite caffeine....your body is used to it and not having it will cause headaches
