Leaving my baby with someone other than Dad for the first time tomorrow

I'm super nervous and its so stupid because my son is 9 months old! And my Mom is watching him! I have so much anxiety though its nuts. I need this chiropractor appt tomorrow as I can barely walk due to my sciatica pain and it only takes like 10 minutes max to be adjusted. The office is less than 10 minutes away so I will be gone maybe 40-45 minutes tops and still in freaking out. What if he just screams the whole time? He's never been away from Mom and Dad at the same time. I'm a SAHM so I'm literally with him 24/7. Why is this so stressful? My Mom did fine with me so why freak right?😌😅😥
