Early pregnancy insomnia 😭😭😔 anyone else went through the same thing ? Any tips?

I wouldn’t stress it... Being that early it’s probably nervous and anxiousness of being pregnant alone...
Within 2-3 weeks, you aren’t going to be able to keep your eyes open past 8pm.
My first few weeks of pregnancy i literally slept 7pm/8pm- about 7am every night. Only getting up to pee.
And you want to nap all the time because you’re just so exhausted lol.
At first i couldn’t sleep but I knew it was from my own excitement and anxiousness .

Going through it now and I’m only 3 weeks 5 days :/ slept 4 hours
