Bleeding this morning, dr appt at 3pm ☹️

I got a positive frer on Friday night. Saturday morning got a faint line on another frer. Started spotting last night, then this morning I started bleeding. Took a meijer brand early result test and there’s still a faint line. Called the dr as soon as they opened and told them about the positive tests and then that I started bleeding this morning. They set an appt for 3pm. Should I go to the medi center before? I’m bleeding quite a bit, I’m really worried
