Bleeding at 10 weeks

I’m 10 weeks and 6 days. I’ve had mild cramping throughout the pregnancy but I woke up this morning to go pee and when I wiped I saw a little blood. I haven’t noticed anymore blood but I have been having a little heavier cramping than usual and it’s all over my abdomen not just one spot. My doctors appointment is in 2 days I just hope all is well

Update: I called my doctor, they want me to come in because I haven’t bled at all throughout my pregnancy so they just want to confirm everything is looking okay
