It’s fine! I ate strawberries all the time while breast feeding. There was a time where my son was getting a rash so I stopped to see if it was the strawberries.. it was just eczema. Lol. Just trial and error.

I'm assuming yohre concerned because it's a high allergy food? While it's still being studied I am going with its best to ear those foods while breastfeeding and not be overly cautious when touching babies after eating those things. I eat strawberries, peanuts, shellfish, etc.
