HELP possibly pregnant?

I am 6 days late. I took a test yesterday but it was negative. My nipples are tingly and I’m experiencing a dull pain in my left side. It hurts more when I walk but it’s not constant. It kinda of comes and go. I have slight nausea. I don’t have insurance so I haven’t been to a doctor yet. I’m just trying to see if anyone has/had similar issues and became pregnant. Thanks.
