Spotting or..?

So usually I don't get mid-cycle bleeding or ovulation bleeding. But this month around nine days before my period was due I begin lightly spotting (not enough to fill a tampon). I spotted for approximately seven days. And now I'm waiting to see if my period comes this month. It is due in the next couple of days. I have never been pregnant, found out last year that I had HPV and was on the worst end of it. But fortunately for me surgery was enough to remedy my situation. but every year after that I have to go for another pap smear to make sure that the abnormal cells don't come back. So that's due on the 31st of this month. I have been trying to conceive for about 6 years.. I'm tired of getting my hopes up. I just want to know already, is this mid cycle bleeding, ovulation bleeding, implantation bleeding, could I be pregnant. At the end of ma rope here 😔
