Cycle help 😢

Is it possible to have a period then start another one just over a week later? 😢 I was sure that I ovulated on the 20th of October (from CM and opk’s and on that day (the 20th) I started a light dark brown spot which I put down to ovulation bleeding but ever since me and my husband BD last night (it was quite rough sorry tmi) I’ve had bright fresh red spotting which is only seeming to get heavier? (Been wearing a pad and hasn’t touched it yet though only when I wipe really but there’s quite a bit more than normal spotting) Could it still just be ovulation bleeding or irritation to my cervix and I still have a chance this month at all??? 😭 I have a scan on the 29th followed by a cervical examination to see what’s going on with my body because I’m just constantly bleeding lately and I’m honestly devastated. We’re coming up to 9 months TTC now and starting to think my body will just never be able to do it. Any advice welcome, I just need some positivity in my life right now. Thanks
