Anovulation???

I just had my lab results come in today as i was headed to my HSG procedure and the obgyn told me my progesterone level was a 7.75 and then told me it was on the low side of normal then proceeded to tell me I didn’t ovulate this month. I have very regular periods every 28 days, + my tubes were fully open and operating which that was a relief, but can someone tell me about the level chart of progesterone? I’m making an appointment with her soon to talk with her about everything
