Fussy 5 week old!

I am a new mom with a beautiful baby boy named Joseph. He is wonderful but obviously me being a first time mom i dont know if i am doing anything correct. Joey is very fussy and gassy. I am breastfeeding and although his poops i think are very normal and regular he grunts a lot during the day like he is trying to push something out or is in pain. He waves his arms around like a crazy man and sometimes screeches really loud. He always takes all his bottle and i am feeding him abt 4 to 5 oz a feeding every 3 hours. I just dont know what i can do to help him... i feel hopeless. I even tried the gas drops and they really dont do much. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
