Should I be concerned?

Hey ladies ! So I have somethings that have been going on and need to know if I should be concerned!

I am on the Nexplanon implant for less than a year, it was great for a while but I've been gaining weight like crazy and my acne got so much worse. But that's not my main concern

I've been having major headaches for the last month or two, my body is super achy and I've been really nauseous. I just started an anti depressant and I dont know what to think of all of this.

I dont know whether I need to test or get this taken out!
