opinions on depo provera shot FOR PEOPLE WHO CAN’T HAVE ESTROGEN please!!!!

hi all!! im 18 & can’t take combination birth control pills because i get migraines with aura which means i have estrogen sensitivity or estrogen dominance or something like that (i tried them anyways and it was TERRIBLE and then i found out it makes me likely to get a stroke because of the estrogen so i went off after a month, was told my old doc shouldn’t have even let me take them in the first place considering my migraines). i’m considering the depo shot for convenience but i’m wondering if anyone with ~estrogen sensitivity~ has experience with it and what that was like??? any feedback is appreciated!!!! thanks in advance!!!
