I strictly started pumping as soon as my baby was born. I’ve started noticing this white stuff that peels off almost like skin. My nipples are so sore.

How is baby? Maybe Thrush?  I may would see your doctor just in case.

It could be blisters. Are you pumping too high suction?  Have you used lanolin?
