Can you take Benadryl with Zoloft? I'm having an allergic reaction to something and wasn't sure if it was ok to take Benadryl with my Zoloft?

When I took Zoloft i did once in a while when i had allergies and I was fine. I dont know if that’s actually okay to do but I had to do it sometimes.
