Choroid cysts in brain and enlarged kidneys

Just got the results from my 20 week ultrasound and doctor is mildly concerned about some brain cysts and enlarged kidneys. I’ve googled it and apparently both are common, but together they are possible markers for trisomy 18. Having a hard time with depression right now. I have to wait another month for the next ultrasound to see if there is more to be concerned about. In the meantime it’s hard to continue to be as excited as I have been every single day of this pregnancy up until now. Like I don’t know if I should keep planning a nursery or a shower. Or sharing belly pics with my friends. It all just seems to remind me that... what if I’m celebrating someone that I’m about to lose? I’m just scared. 🙁
