To keep or not to keep?

I just started a job at a daycare that pays my 1 yo and 2 yo tuition so im able to get a whole paycheck. I was just offered my career job but I would only just make enough to pay for daycare and not being able to pay my bills. My man would be taking the brunt of the bills and we'd really struggle. What would you do?

Is there not a career job that will pay you more?? If you feel like it's the right choice then I'd say talk to your man so you guys are on the same page. He might be fine with taking the major bills .

I would definitely stay at the daycare. If you take that job your might as well just stay at home. As sad as that is daycare is really expensive.

Personally? I would stay with the daycare job, at least until the kids were in regular school. It’ll give you the ability to save up money and pay for their care. Additionally, you can see them and their care daily, which is a big plus to a lot of people.

Ummm u are a mom now. So as mothers we put our dreams aside to make sure our children and our family gets what’s best. So it’s up to you. Are u going to chose something best for you or what’s best for your family!

You have to do what’s best for the family. Would you guys be able to completely afford for you to take your dream job? Or would it be best to stick it out working at the daycare? It’s all about the finances. And ultimately it’s a decision between you and your husband.
