5 weeks ultrasound help

So I had a miscarriage August 30th stopped bleeding 10th September

Ovulation positive 24th\25th

pregnancy test possitive 7th October

Ultrasound at early pregnancy unit as I had pink spotting on and off for nearly 2 weeks when I wiped they could see a pregnancy today at 5 weeks.

Gestational sack and yolk sack but couldn’t see a baby 😫. They have said this is normal but I am now of course freaking out; is this normal?
