Trans woman denied Brazilian wax. Do you agree with the settlement in court?

We talked about this when it first happened and now it has been resolved in court. What’s your thoughts?

To summarize: a trans woman who has not had gender reassignment surgery, requested a Brazilian at a spa where the woman running the spa denied her. She said she does not have the experience to wax male genitalia and it’s also out of her comfort level and religious beliefs. The trans woman then sued her and 2 other spa owners with similar complaints as she is a woman coming in for a service only for women which she identifies as. In the end the court ordered the trans woman to pay the spa owners for their losses and ended it with “self-identification does not erase physiological reality”
