what would you consider this spotting? please read before selecting your answer

back story

I'm 6 months pp, last month on Sept 2nd I started my first postpartum period it was essentially heavy spotting. I got maybe two drops on my pad the whole time I was spotting.

this is day two of this and I'm having mild cramps. who you consider this a period, irregular spotting, or implantation spotting.

I started spotting yesterday at 11am and I'm still spotting today.

I was 4 dpo last month when I got my pp period, i was 5/6dpo(no use of opks) when the spotting this month started.
