What's everyone else trying....?
In need of ways to relieve the pressure/bloat feeling.. mostly after I eat, about an hour after. I literally feel like someone is sitting on my chest.. if I get up to fast I feel light-headed, sometimes dizzy, out of breath 6 steps later... I can't win. I haven't really needed tums until now but wondering if anyone has any ideas that might help. I've been lucky with little heartburn.. but this constant "full" feeling is crazy.
