is this drool rash ?

i’ve been putting A&D ointment but it doesn’t seem to be improving a lot. 
it’s all under my babies chin on her neck and a little on her chest 
she’s 5 months and doesn’t use a pacifier but has been drooling a lot - teething 
she pulls at her onesie and tries to scratch it

Might be a heat rash. My son got something similar to this. Keeping him cool worked. I believe the pedi told us to use a powder but we didn’t and it still went away.

We had a near identical rash and ped said it’s excema. We were on hydrocortisone for 7 days and it cleared quickly

Triple Paste will be your best friend! And get some aquafur also dry and rub on her chin and any area that gets wet to protect the skin. 
Make sure your using bibs it will help also

Doesn’t look like one to me.....looks too widespread. I’d talk to your ped.
