Postpartum body
Hey mommas. I’m 23 weeks post partum and still 30 pounds over my pre-pregnancy weight. I gained almost 60 pounds during my pregnancy, despite my best efforts to keep it low. I knew it would be hard to get off. I’m on nexplanon and breastfeeding. Right now I want to at least get back into shape and be more comfortable in my body, and I’m not super focused on a weight loss goal just yet.
What are some of your favorite budget-friendly recipes that are healthy? What are some at-home workouts I can do while baby naps? I work part time & money is incredibly tight for us so I’m looking for cheap or free solutions.
