Yeast infection?

Is this a yeast infection? I cant tell. I'm not red or swollen anywhere on my vagina. I've had a little bit of itching and not necessarily in the vagina where the blood comes out...but I think it is because my hair is long.

In order to get this on my finger I had to get up in there. I'm in my fertile window, no clear discharge so far today. And this has a lotion like texture and when I touched it it was thicker than I expected. So is it yeast or normal?

Update this was in the toilet when I went to the bathroom. I just wanted to make sure im okay because I know you can get them from stress and I've been so stressed lately to the point of no sleep. I don't want my stress levels to cause it.
