Easy step by step to using frozen milk???

Question

Please help...
Thaw in fridge? Warm water? and then heat in bottle warmer? How long is milk good for once thawed?
I'm clueless.

I thaw mine is hot water. If it’s not warm enough then a bottle warmer would be great. Thawed breast milk is good for 2 hours at room temp. You can also thaw in the fridge I just find it easier to use hot water

To thaw milk
Thaw slowly in the refrigerator (this takes about 12 hours – try putting it in the fridge the night before you need it). Avoid letting milk sit out at room temperature to thaw.
For quicker thawing, hold container under running water – start cool and gradually increase temperature.
Previously frozen milk may be kept in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours after it has finished thawing. Do not refreeze.

24 hours in the fridge or 2 hours at room tenperature once thawed , and cannot be refroze. when I thawed mine, I was thawing enough for a full day as I was in a wedding so the day before I put the bags in the fridge but it took prob 20 hours to thaw. If you need it faster you can run warm water over it.
