TSH level went up drastically

I have thyroid disease and had to have a partial thyroidectomy in August 2016. My TSH levels have been on the lower end for the past couple of years even last year when I had my levels checked, it was 1.690 in November 2018. Now my levels have skyrocketed drastically to 4.360.

I am not currently on any thyroid meds.

I also have not talked to my doctor about this as I checked my results after hours and she hasn’t called me yet with my results. Has anyone else had this issue who has thyroid problems.
