Inappropriate... Am I right??

So once again my MIL took things too far in my opinion. There we were (me, my hubby, the MIL and FIL) sitting in a restraunt eating dinner, and she asks if I'm getting nervous for labor. I say, " yeah but mainly because I dont really know what to expect with it being the first time." She goes, "Well what are you worried about?"..."Just the pain... You hear how bad it hurts, but I'm sure pushing a baby out your body dont feel good... So I'm just worried about how much it's going to hurt."...."Well arent you worried about anything else besides the pain?"....."No... Not really."...."Well if I were you, I'd be worried about the tearing and stitches with how big he's measuring."....Oh boy thanks for that picture. 😒🙄 ... So I reply , hoping to end this conversation thats taking place in a crowded restraunt infront of my FIL, "O-ok, I'll be sure to bring that up to my doctor next time."..."Oh, I can tell you what they will do... If they catch it in time... They will just cut you themselves. Theyll cut you right up to your taint. That way you hopfuly wont tear to your anus."......😐😐😐😐😐😐😐😐😐 Cuz I totally wanted my FIL and the three tables surrounding us hearing about me getting tore open from my vag to my ass! I literally had to response. I just looked at her.... I'm so freaking done with this woman!! No matter how many times my husband and I talk to her about her over stepping, she just finds new ways to take things too far!!.... My hudband knew it too... As soon as we got into the car he goes "Babe, I am so sorry." 😂 .... What doe you guys think?? Inappropriate for a MIL to talk about... In a crowded restraunt .... In front of my FIL??
