Raspberry leaf tea?! 🍃

Any advice on drinking raspberry leaf tea? I’ve read somewhere to start 32 weeks and others 36 weeks?  Girls any advice on this?

My doctor told me I could start in the third trimester. I drank a glass around 30 weeks and 2 hours later I had really intense back contractions! I haven’t drank it since and she suggested I don’t start again until 37 weeks

I started drinking it in my second trimester. But start slowly to see what it does for you. I did a cup a day, then 2 cups a day, will eventually get to 3 cups around 36 weeks.

I started at 28 weeks. 1 cup and now I drink 2 at 32 weeks.
I've drank it with all my kids, for me it has no effect on "starting" labor as I've had to be induced with all 3. I feel like it's helped PP for me. But, Everyone's body is different and reacts to things differently though.

Just today my doctor told me to wait till 36 weeks. To scary to start now and potentially have preterm labor.

I’ve been drinking it the whole 3rd trimester. Started with one cup a day, then 2 at 32 weeks and when I hit 36 weeks I’ll drink 3 a day. It did cause mild Braxton Hicks at first (I’m guessing that it’s “toning” my uterus as it claims) and when I up the amount I’ll get more mild braxton Hicks. Obviously don’t know if it will help yet but I will like it will 🤞

I started at 36 weeks with my daughter and she was born a week and a half later. No clue if it was because of the tea or not. Could be a fluke for all I know :)

I just started drinking it (32) weeks and honestly I don’t feel nothing but I made sure I told my dr and he said it was ok to drink it
