Question about bbt
I've bbt for 2 cycles so far.. this is cycle 3 and I notice my temps are a bit lower.. we havnt turned on the heater yet and our house in the AM is about 64-66F... could that have any impact on a cold thermometer.. should I warm it up in my hands first then test?
