MIL keeps making annoying comments about me breastfeeding

She breastfed both of her kids so she should get it, but. She is always telling me whenever my cluster feeding baby starts crying to eat that “oh she just wants a pacifier.” “She’s just very oral.” Like no lady this girl is straight up gulping every time I feed her. And she doesn’t even take a pacifier. And my MIL sees her 1x/week so how would she even have the slightest clue. My baby is only 8 weeks old she’s legit seen my daughter 9x ever and she apparently has her all figured out lol. Anyway today she came over to my moms house and I was there too. I had to go in the other room to latch my daughter because she was hungry, so apparently as soon as I left my MIL said to my mom “idk what she’s going to do when this baby gets bigger. She is a human pacifier.” And my mom was just so like wtf that she couldn’t think of anything to say back to her. Like why is it at all any of your concern what I do with her when she gets bigger? And what does that even mean? And mind your business lady

Even if she is using me as a pacifier (which she rarely does), if it doesn’t bother me then who cares...
