Hey ladies, I’m pretty concerned and need to help easing my mind

Yesterday morning around 5am me and my boyfriend had sex protected but the condom broke so we agreed in the morning we would go grab PLAN B. In the morning when he went to grab it they were out of PLAN B one step so we decided that we’ll get the next best thing and got AFTERA. I took it as soon as I got it. But later on I read up about it and saw a few concerning reviews about it not working or something going wrong. I’m 205lbs and just today I head about the weight limit for the pills.

Should I be worried about it not working?? Should I take some extra precautions? (If so what should I do?)
