Sign of very early labour soon approaching??

I’ve been having Braxton Hicks for about 2 weeks, I’m currently almost 39 weeks. At 37 weeks I had been having some back pain (felt like period cramps but across my back) but today I woke up with what feels like period cramps in my low abdomen. Saw my midwife last week and she said the baby has dropped and in an engaged position.

Today I woke up with the urge to get all my last minute things in order. Nothing crazy but need to print off some docs, pick up a few groceries, make some last minute business type phone calls (basically do all the things I won’t be able to do when labour picks up/the baby is here) I’ve also been sleeping horribly the last two nights.

Could this cramping and these urges be a sign of veeeery early labor? I’m just having a feeling like tonight/tomorrow things may pick up. Anyone felt this before?
