Does your state or country allow or prescribe marijuana use while pregnant

Where I live since the marijuana legalizations in recent years they started to prescribe marijuana for women with extremely bad morning sickness use does stop before 5 months. A lot of places have no studies on it here they do. DO NOT post your opinion NO “why would you risk it” or “marijuana is not good for your baby” unless An ACTUAL dr told you. Here they did studies that show no negative affects while using marijuana while pregnant.

There’s no actual evidence or scientific evidence that states it effects the baby. Unless your weed is laced or you’re smoking it with tobacco/paper products then yes, it will affect the baby. Pretty soon weed will be legalized everywhere. I think it’s safe while pregnant, just my personal opinion. Some woman will disagree and say “smoking is bad for the baby” but to each their own. I go by factual evidence not what Sally Sue thinks is best lol. There’s also been numerous studies in Jamaica for up to a 10 year period and shows no effect on the children and their learning rate.

Factual and medical evidence across the board  states that smoking anything (whether marijuana or tobacco etc) is potentially harmful to the fetus and can place baby at risk for slower brain development, lung development, lower birth weights, and premature births. We all know plenty of evidential support for regular tobacco cigarettes. As far as the marijuana itself, if not smoked but ingested other ways, i don’t know of any studies on what it can do by itself. I dunno. 🤷🏼‍♀️ My current state in particular doesn’t allow it at all. The state in which I’m from, CA, is now legal for anyone even if you don’t have medical approval. To each their own I guess. I have my opinion on it though.

Where I live its legal and you do not get in trouble with cps for having it in your system at birth.  I personally would not smoke up until the birth but I know plenty of people who have.

It is not yet legal in my state for recreational purposes, and though it is for medical I don't think it is easy to get. That being said, I smoked regularly outside of pregnancy and I don't believe use in moderation during pregnancy would have any serious or long lasting effects. I have elected not to smoke but I know plenty of women who have and there is no judgement. Honestly, I think that it is a much better alternative to the many pharmaceutical drugs out there

I live in a state that you can do it either medical and recreational. My doctor still said no to it, that they still test for it and mandated reporters for cps. As I was explained it may be legal here but it’s not for the government so could still get into trouble with cps if any is found in system.. I don’t smoke while pregnant but do smoke outside of pregnancy. I only smoke for medical pain problems(my tailbone is pushed up and pinching my nerve, my hips were fractured durning labor with my first and they didn’t find it in time and it healed wrong and causing a lot of pain, plus a few other problems), and in pregnancy I just ￼￼deal with the pain.. I also have bad morning sickness and still do at 23 weeks.
