Fertility medications and weight loss

Hi there, I am wondering if anyone can help me or knows the answer to this question. I had a miss carriage with assisted pregnancy on Aug 29. I was on progersteone and ectrace. I had gained about 10lbs of weight in a very short period of time. Since then, I have been working out insanely, eating so clean, and really trying to get back back to a healthier and happier me.. I started a 60 day challenge and enlisted a PT. In 5 weeks, nothing has changed.. in fact, I have gained, and no not muscle.. they check using this machine that tells you the fat %. Does anybody know how long it takes for the meds to leave your system? I am trying to find a reason as to why are my efforts are equating to no results...
