I snuggled a newborn yesterday

Our friends had a baby not even 2 weeks ago. She’s so tiny and just curled up on my chest. Feels like it was a million years ago that was my Lilah. I’ve been so focused on sleep training, swaddle transitioning, and getting her used to sleeping in her room that I forgot anout just.. being with her. So today I’m letting Lilah nap on me. She may not curl her body up on my chest anymore but I cherish these snuggles. My baby will only be this small today and time is going too fast.
