Flu shot for family and friends

I have family wanting to come see my 4 week old but when I mentioned I wanted them to get the flu shot I was told she couldn’t because of a bad reaction to it. Flu related deaths are already being reported and I’m scared. I got my flu shot while pregnant. Would you let them come see your baby without having the flu shot?

Edit: she was taken from me at birth and spent two weeks in the NICU, turned out she was having seizures, no other health issues. I think having spent that time watching her there has made me a little anxious, I just don’t want to do it again.
