Clogged duct?

I apologize for the nipple pic but is this a clogged duct? My breast hurts SO bad and it’s hard as a rock. I’ve tried showering with hot water running on it, massaging, pumping, hand expressing, and a heat pack— no relief. 😰

I got on YouTube and seen it say to have your baby suck until it pop and I tried it last week it actually worked for me I feel so much better

Was it a bleb? They’re typically white

Is the mark on the top left new? Within the last day or so? If so you could have mastitis
